- I can refuse the order if I am not able to fulfill, or it does not fit my style or skills.

You can contact me first by Twitter/Discord/Vgen/Mail and describe to me what the artwork consists of with any questions you might have.PAYMENTS VGEN >
-Before start of the work always.
-Fees an taxes for extra costs and payments will be added to the price.
-Payment will be made through Vgen. If there is no accepted pre-invoice, a refund will be made and the work will not be performed.REVISIONS and CHANGES
-Sketches sent before always. You can choose and modify.
-You have up to 3 changes/revisions to make, after that I might do not agree to add any more changes to the artwork or charge you for additional revisions.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Depend of the complexion.
Standard commission is done in ~ 1 week - 1 month.
Vtuber Models 3 weeks -3 months
Please keep in mind that art needs time, so please do not rush me. Bigger projects might take up to 2 months and the queue can be long!
-If the customer takes a while to respond, delivery will be delayed. If no response is obtained and the delivery date is met, the revisions will not be taken into account and the work will be delivered.USE
- Personal commissions: You cannot resell my art, make merch or any source of income with it.
You can use it for your phone, avatar, wallpaper, banner only with no comercial uses.
- Commercial commissions: +100%
Selling, printing, merch, making a source of income with my art.
- All Vtuber-related work have commercial rights incuded only for streaming/posting/sharingINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I claim all rights to the commissioned artwork.
- I have the right to post / stream my work. (The work can be temporalily secret if requested.)REFUNDS
- If I have not started: I will refund 100%. (- fees).
- If I have already started: I will send what I have completed, charge you for my work and refund the remaider of the bill.
